Gas spring life test:
The gas spring with high and low temperature storage performance is tested according to the test method, and then clamped on the gas spring life tester, and the tester cycles the gas spring under the simulated working condition, and the frequency of the cycle is 10-16 times/min, and the temperature of the cylinder of the gas spring should not be greater than 50℃ during the whole test.

1. Sealing performance - gas spring control valve closed, the piston should have a good seal to ensure that the piston rod can be locked in any position.
2. Cycle life - after high and low temperature storage performance test gas springs should be able to withstand 3000 cycle life test, the nominal force decay after the test should be less than 10%.
