On the one hand, when we are designing, we should consider:

(1) Height

  It should be designed within the recommended height range. If the range is too high or too low, it is not good for the life of the product.

(2) Arrangement

  Mounting it on the traction arm behind the shaft can withstand additional loads in addition to normal loads, but it will make the product work harder.

(3) Working pressure

  Under normal circumstances, the working pressure of the gas spring is 551-689KPa, while the medium working pressure is 276-551KPa, and under light load and rebound, it is necessary to maintain a certain pressure.

(4) Shaft travel

  If the coefficient of elasticity is low, it will increase the shaft stroke, so you should leave as much shaft stroke space as possible in the design, and the shock absorber should be able to gently damp the vibration.

(5) Damping

  The return capacity of the gas spring is much smaller than that of the leaf spring, so a shock absorber is also needed to control the operating state of the electric vehicle.
